<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct internal business using Microsoft systems.
- Instruct and train members on how to use the system
- Lecture on detailed usage of Excel and Word
- Support in case of problems with the in-house infrastructure
- Maintenance and management of in-house system
- Adjustments when outsourcing to an external vendor
- Conduct internal business using Microsoft systems.
- Instruct and train members on how to use the system
- Business support related to IT for each department
- Lead the introduction of other software that improves operational efficiency in near future
- If you get used to it, we will also ask you to investigate and analyze the business of your industry.
- Other tasks assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 23 - 35
- Gender : Any
- More than 1 years experience as IT Technical position in Any industry
- Person who can use Microsoft 365
- Personality : Intelligent, Self-motivated, Flexibly, Aggressive
- Person who can work in long term and willing to promote, grow up in this company
** They don't have company bus (you need to factory by yourself)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experiences as IT Technical staff in manufacturing company
- Person who can use Internal business management Software.
- Having working experiences in Japanese company
