<Job Description>
- Developing and maintaining document-capturing software that operates on multifunction devices.
- Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
- The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
- Leading the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field; and Relevant technology certifications.
- Language skills: Japanese - Business Level or higher is preferred (minimum N2), and English - Business Level
(Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferable.)
- Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more
(JavaScript, Java experience is preferred).

<Personalities>
- Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Having the motivation to work for a long period, as a founding member of the company.
