<Job Responsibilities>
- Developing new local clients to provide our services
- Local market consulting for Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam
<Job Duties>
・Consulting Business
- Provide consultancy for clients wishing to enter Vietnam, such as 3C analysis, marketing mix, competitor analysis, etc.
- Prepare the business plan for the clients wishing to enter Vietnam.
・Licensing Business: Assist clients who has plan to expand their business into Vietnam to obtain various types of licenses, such as product licenses.
・Distributor Business
- Support for the sales channel development of the clients who are struggling to develop sales channels.
- Look for distributors or work with partner companies to expand the client’s sales channels.
・Marketing Business
- Identify the client’s business issues and make independent proposals to solve them and actively approach these clients
- Work with the account director to brief media, creative, research staff, and partner companies, and creating the marketing strategies and tactics.
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
- Coordinate with colleagues and partner companies to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
- Present the campaign ideas (strategy, tactics such as media plan and creative) and budget to the client.
- Negotiate with clients or partner companies about the campaign details.
- Handle budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and implementing the PDCA cycle.
- Understand the effectiveness of the client's data, such as customer data in order to expand the business of the clients.
- Understand the CDP (Customer Data Platform) and make the proposals to clients.
- Manage call center
・Management
- Contribute to increasing the gross profit and operating profit.
- In particular, conscious of increasing the operating profit and managing costs.
・Other
- Develop new clients, such as Japanese clients managed by Vietnamese, Vietnamese clients, and Multinational clients.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: From 30 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese & English - Business Level or above
・Experience: Having experience in business consulting or new business development
・Others:
- Be interested in expanding their consumer goods business using advertising in Vietnam
- Have good PC Skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having knowledge of Marketing
・Having knowledge of consumer business (Retail sales, EC sales, etc..)
・Have experience living in Japan for a long time
・Having negotiation skills
