Japanese Speaking - CAD Operator- Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Drawing by Auto CAD, T-Fas(Japanese CAD system)
・Creation and checking of electrical and mechanical construction drawings

2. Other clerical work such as design and cost estimation

* In terms of the T-Fas, we will support you to learn how to use the T-Fas


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: female preferred
・Age: 27-35 years old
・Language：
- Japanese N3 level or higher
OR
- Japanese N4 and English conversation level.
・Having around 3 years of work experience as a mechanical or electrical engineer or CAD operator in the construction industry.
・Language: English Business Level (Internal and Customer use)
・Can use CAD for Drawing or something related to CAD system.

<Preferable Skill>
・Able to operate T-Fas, (a Japanese CAD system)
・In addition to CAD, use of software such as BIM or Revit is preferred
・Construction drawings described in Japanese are readable.
・Having Certificate issued by HCMC Department of Construction ( SO XAY DUNG THANH PHO HO CHI MINH) on electrical/ air conditioning/ plumbing (water supply & drainage)
