- Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conducting high-level industry and company research to identify relevant experts.
- Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to engage with industry experts.
- Screening experts to assess their suitability and relevance, focusing on quality.
- Scheduling interviews between clients and experts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English & Japanese - Business Level
・Experience: From 1 - 3 years of work experience in Client Service or B2B Consulting role.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform high-level research and critical thinking.
- A client-oriented mindset and passion for delivering quality service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
