<Job Responsibilities>
Workflow: Client -> The company -> Technical Response Center, Manufacturing, Sales & our group
・Setting up new equipment
・Trouble Shooting (Remote and on-site response if customer experiences equipment problems during mass production)
・Defect history management and progress sharing by equipment (once per month)
・Proactively predict and manage the equipment so that customers can run it without any problems
・Facility relocation and remodeling work
・Regular inspection of equipment and preparation of inspection reports
・Competitor information collection and analysis
・Information sharing and cooperation through regular meetings with headquarters and group
・Creating forecasts, selling and proposing repair parts according to customer needs and budget
・Creation of mechanisms
・新規装置立ち上げ
・不具合対応(顧客が製品量産中に装備に問題が発生した場合、Remoteと現場対応)
・装置別不具合履歴管理及び進捗事項共有( 1回/1ヶ月 )
・顧客が問題なく装置を稼動できるように事前予測と管理
・設備移設及び改造作業
・定期的に装備を点検して検査成績書作成
・競合情報の収集・分析
・本社及びGroup内との定例会を通じた情報共有及び協力
・お客様のニーズと予算に応じたForecast作成、補修部品の販売及び提案
・仕組み作成
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College and above in Technical-related fields
・Language: English - Conversational Level and Japanese - Business Level (work with HQ, can communicate and negotiate smoothly)
・Experience: Welcome non-experienced candidates (Prefer experienced candidates in semiconductor/ liquid crystal device maintenance work)
・Other:
- Can join long-term business trips overseas or in Japan (over 3 months)
- No problem in commuting to work (Thai Nguyen)
