<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage Customer Service team (work assignment, personnel management, team building, training ..)
・Report: Synthesize detailed reports to send to Japan periodically, summarize claims and give consulting to the Director and HQ in Japan
・Work with other departments (contracts, complaints, import and export, etc.)
・Support to deploy new software system for customers (orders management software)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: From 32 - 40 years old
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Languages: Japanese at Business level (JLPT N2) AND English Business level (TOEIC 900 )
・Experience:
+ Having more than 2 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service
+ Having experience in managing a team of 15 members
+ Having experience in handling complaints, analyzing and making decisions when needs
<Skills>
・Good at MS Office and Computer
・Experienced working in manufacturing companies
・Good at communication and negotiation skills
・Good at working under pressure
・Enthusiasm, long-term commitment
<Preferable skill >
・Can speak Chinese
