<Job Responsibilities>
・Recruiting
- Establish KPIs for recruitment with the CEO and the HR Team
- Communicate with agents and candidates
- Follow-up for new employees
・Labor management
- Attendance management
- Payroll Calculation (The calculation itself is outsourced, so we only check the content.
- Management of ex-employees
- Social Insurance Procedures
・Human Resource Development
- Support for members
・personnel evaluation
- Support for the operation of the personnel evaluation system
・Event planning
- SNS Updates (Facebook/LinkedIn)
- Event planning (ex. company retreat)
*We will support you as you work, and in the future, we would like to entrust you with overall recruitment and HR system design to evaluation support.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (from N2)
・Experience: HR (Recruiting/labor/Valuation/Training) experiences
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in HR in the IT, web, or advertising industry.
・Learning or working experience in Japan
・Good communication skills in English or Japanese
