<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-30 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (N2 equivalent, good communication)
・Experience: 3 years of experience in finance.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have working experience in the construction or real estate industry.
・Structured finance experience
・Project management experience
・Experience related to investment
