<Job Responsibilities>
- Work closely with other teams such as SAP, ITO, and Other Business Unit to understand requirements and projects be assigned
- Work closely with the project team in Japan to manage requirements, schedules, issues and other matters related to projects which are assigned to Vietnam Team
- Manage team members' efforts and schedule projects
- Play as a single contact point related to subjects of projects which are involved and able to communicate well between Vietnam’s team and team in Japan.
- Timely report to the manager and other stakeholders related to project works
- Guide team members to develop, maintain applications, implement eco-system, API..etc for products in the corporation
- Final gate review of any outputs to ensure work quality of team members
- Responsible for entire development works which are assigned to the team
- Define skeleton(application architecture) with Japan project team
- Responsible in the release system (Go-Live) and supporting Post-Go-Live activities.
- Support in other activities such as interviewing candidates, training new members of the team

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 27 - 35
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
+ Above 5 years of working experience in software development and included at least 1-year playing roles as a team leader
+ Have real working experience with Java frameworks such as : Spring or Trust or Hibernate or any other Java framework
+ Had real working experience with one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL server, Oracle..etc
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N3 or above)
- Other Skills & Knowledge:
+ Good knowledge of OOP and MVC model
+ Knowledge of software development lifecycle

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of job net systems such as JP1 is plus
- Knowledge with GCP, AWS, and Azure is plus
- Knowledge in project management such as PMP, and PRINCE2 is plus
- Experience with JS frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS is plus
- Experience development methodology such as Scrum/Kanban is plus
- Experience working in a Japanese company or experience working onsite in Japan is plus
