- Manage production

- Do interpreter at meetings and do translation tasks
- Be an Assistant to the Manufacturing Manager
- Others assigned by the superiors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University graduated or above
・Gender: Male. Age: 30-40 years old
・Language: Japanese is Conversation level (for communicating with Japanese), English f at Conversational for internal communication (materials used in work are in English)
・Experience: More than 3 years of experience in production management or manufacturing process management
Personality: Accepts change, has a positive attitude to learn

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in improving production efficiency, digital transformation, and purchasing.
・Experience in Japanese companies
・Have management experience
