<Job Responsibilities>
・Polishing and assembly, working in two sections
・Actual work and management on the polishing line/ assembly line (changeover work, progress, quality, 4M, etc.)
・Measures and initiatives to prevent defective products
・Management, guidance, and education of workers
・Creation of procedure manuals for the department in charge
・Management of machine tools, in-house equipment, measuring instruments, etc.
・Translate Japanese procedure manuals and standards into Vietnamese and create procedure manuals
・Other (based on instructions from superiors)
・研磨／組立ラインの実作業と管理（段取り替え作業、進捗、品質、４M、他）
・不良品防止為の対策と取組み
・作業者の管理、指導、教育
・担当部署の手順書等の作成
・工作機械、内製設備、測定器等の管理
・日本の手順書・標準書をベトナム語に翻訳して手順書の作成
・その他（上司の指示に基づく）

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College degree or higher
・Gender: Male only for Polishing, Any for Assembly position
・Age: 25-35
・Language: Japanese Basic Level (from N4)
・Experience:
- Experienced using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Can use Excel (Create standards (procedure documents: someone who can create work procedures, work standards, quality standards, condition tables, etc.))
- Can educate and instruct local workers and subordinates on the contents of training at the factory (polishing methods, equipment operation, measurement methods, inspection methods, etc.)
- Can go to Japan for training (around 3 months)

<Preferable Experience>
For Polishing Line Leader:
・Have worked in a stainless steel product manufacturing factory
・Can read processing drawings (2D) and understand dimensional tolerances
・Can understand geometric tolerances on processing drawings
・Experience in visual inspection of metal products
