<Job Responsibilities>
This position will be working with Japanese members on projects aimed at developing new marketing businesses in Vietnnam. and will be working to expand into the local market in the future.

1. Clients Relation:
- Work closely with customers with Japanese team members to provide solutions.
- Understand customer problems and needs and provide appropriate solutions to grow their business.
- Seek, build, and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers.

2. Planning Execution:
- Create core ideas tailored to customer challenges and work with other team members within the company to execute the plan. Create communication strategies and plans that meet client requirements.
- Create and successfully execute presentation preparation and execution schemes.
- Supervise the entire planning activity, advise on strategy, interactivity, service, and build customer relationships.
- Manage the cost and timeline of each communication campaign, plan media to meet the cost/schedule/quality requirements from the client, and provide appropriate feedback to team members as required.
- Work with other teams within the company to ensure that project outcomes are delivered on time and service quality is ensured.
- Report market research results, such as project response, to managers and customers.

3. New Business Development:
- Make proactive effort to explore new business opportunities that tap into new markets and pitch proposals to potential clients.
- Create plan, manage & build execution direction for current/future projects. Study and take responsibility in project legal procedures
- Other tasks required by Vice General Director & General Director.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any ( Female Preferred)
・Age: 27 - 35 years old
・Language: Business Level in Japanese and English (Speaking and writing)
- Experience:
- Having 5 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development
- Having knowledge of Marketing business or Advertising business
・Others:
- Having great presentation skills
- Having good communication skills to build good relationships with clients and internal members
- Having Project Management experience
