<Job Responsibilities>
- Support the machinery environment to ensure smooth production.
- Repair malfunctions in production line machinery.
- Check the efficiency of the production line and improve productivity.
- Control the non-conforming product handling process and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Promote in-house equipment manufacturing in Vietnam.
- Subordinate development, subordinate evaluation, and management.

<Leader/ Manager>
- Goal management, management of members' work status.
- As an engineer, provide technical education and advice to department staff.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 40 ~ 50 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Business skills in Japanese or English
・Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a leader in production technology at a manufacturing factory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing team members.
- Good understanding Autmation Production environment
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language Proficiency: Priority given to those with Japanese language skills
