<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage the development of software related to production management and business management for group companies.

<Job Description>
- Hold meetings with related departments. (Some face-to-face meetings at group factories)
- Collect issues related to production and business processes
- Responsible for defining requirements for system implementation and project management
- Support system development in cooperation with engineers
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Technology or a related field.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-40years old
・Language: Japanese business level (JLPT N2 and above)
English communication level and above (Leading, writing, communicating with other branches)
・Experience:
・Having at least 5 years of experience in PM or BrSE positions in IT or Tech industries.
・Good understanding of Business system development
・Can propose requirements definition for system development

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in working at Japanese companies
・Experience in working at start-up companies
・Experience in IT project management
・Having leadership and good communication skills
