<Position Objective/Expectation >
- We are a major Japanese retail company engaged in OEM furniture production. We are seeking a candidate to manage furniture manufacturing plants.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Primarily responsible for quality control in our own factories, affiliated factories, and supplier factories.
- Oversee quality control and improvement during the launch of new projects (primarily new product orders and production).
- Report to the Japanese headquarters and clients on the production status through meetings.
- Provide guidance and management for quality improvement and refinement after mass production.
- Provide on-site practical guidance related to responding to market claims.

- Currently, when launching new products, we send employees on business trips to our own factories, affiliated companies, and supplier factories for approximately one week to create samples and implement them at the manufacturing site.
- Due to an increase in the number of products handled, we are hiring a full-time employee for our Vietnamese subsidiary to improve operational efficiency.
- The main tasks will be quality control and supplier management to ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality of our wooden furniture, which we handle in large quantities.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that products of a certain quality are consistently shipped by engaging in detailed communication with factories, the Japanese headquarters, and clients.
- As the Vietnamese subsidiary is located away from the center of Binh Duong Province, and related factories are scattered throughout Binh Duong Province, the position will primarily be a remote work.
When launching new projects, you will be required to visit factories to carry out your duties.
- You will be expected to commute to the local subsidiary headquarters approximately once a week.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (Over N2)
・Experience: Having over 4 years in QC/ QA and supplier management in woodworking furniture.
・Knowledge of woodworking furniture
