You will be in charge of sales activities of Japanese serviced apartment in Hai Phong City.
【Specific duties】
・Recruitment of serviced apartment tenants (approach corporations)
・Marketing activities to attract customers
・Rental introduction and room guidance to prospective customers
・Make business plan
・Make promotional materials
・Contract procedures with tenants
・Regular follow-up after moving in
【Services & Customers】
Provide apartments for expatriates and business travelers
【Must requirement】
・Bachelor's degree
・Korean language as native speaker
・Japanese and English business level
・Have 3 years of sales experience in any industry
【Preferable】
・Experienced in the real estate industry.
