<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and improve the company website (homepage)
- Manage and operate the company’s official SNS (social media) accounts
- Prepare advertising and promotional materials
- Manage and analyze customer and user data
- Collect information on competitors’ marketing strategies
- Understand and analyze market demands and the surrounding market environment
- Conduct market visits, including surveys and/or support for sales staff
- Plan marketing strategies based on various data and company policies
- Implement both existing and newly planned marketing initiatives
Evaluate and analyze different marketing measures, propose improvements, and implement changes based on analysis results
- nage the marketing team’s budget and personnel, and carry out related tasks
- Propose additional initiatives to further develop the marketing team
- Carry out other sales support-related tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Executive, strong in digital marketing (Marketing planning and management, Canva design, Content writing)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
・Experience in Livestock feed
・Can use Japanese
