Mechanical Engineer (Technical Department Leader) - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- Design and evaluate new mechanical products and improve/optimize existing electronic products.
- Measurement and data analysis in product development.
- Creation of product development documentation.
- Research result reporting.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: Up to around 35 years old
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
・Language: English - Business Level (reading technical documents.)
・Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in research and development, mechanical product design (5+ years preferred).
- Programming skills on microcontroller platforms: STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR...
- Proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Alignment with the values of Japanese companies.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proficiency in Japanese at the N2 level or higher is preferred.
