<Job Responsibilities> - Approving MEP Method of Statement, Shop-Drawing, Material, Schedule, and any QAQC submission. - Review construction design to resolve design mistakes if any as well as improve the design - Inspecting construction work and Monitoring Construction Progress.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Male ・Age: 28-35 ・Education background: Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Engineering ・Language skills: English - Intermediate ・Experience: + At least 5 years working at site under main contractor, Top MEP contractor or Construction Management Company. + At least 2 projects type high-rise building or Complex-building such as Condominium, Office, Mix-use Complex, Shopping Center, Tow-houses.
