<Job Responsibilities>
- Search and approach potential client & projects
- Build and develop sales contacts in related fields
- Set plan and strategies to meet sales target and objectives
- Make daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports.
- Achieve New sales efficiently
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 27-45.
- Gender : Any
- Education: College diploma/Bachelor degree
- Language: English skill - Intermediate level (be able to communicate with Japanese client, write email and read the technical word and data on catalogue)
- Experience:
+ Minimum 2 year working experience as Sales for Elevator/ Construction product/Technical product
+ Capable of reading construction and technical drawing;
