<Job Responsibilities>
- Operate molding machinery as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Monitor equipment to ensure the product is produced according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot with production equipment, and repair equipment when needed.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment & operating areas.
- Observe and remove defective products from the production line.
- Check the created product conforms to the quality standards or not.
- Change and maintain the mold according to the production plan. Adjust the mold condition for the product within the specification.
- Unload, arrange and put the plastic products into the warehouse.
- Follow safety guidelines in the production and handling of materials in the factory.
- Meet the specified production time.
- Report production problems immediately to the direct manager.
- Improve the process to increase the productivity of the plastic molding process.
- Know and follow all safety regulations in the factory.
- Classify and identify products that pass & fail according to regulations
- Record forms and reports according to the issued process when performing work in production
- Responsible for managing assigned labor protection tools.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male Only
- Age: Under 30
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Engineer
- Experience: Have more than 3 years of experience working as a Mold Engineer
- Language: English or Japanese - Basic Level

- Others:
+ Having good machinery knowledge, understanding of machine operations, and reading mechanical drawings
+ Ability to manage, organize and arrange work in a reasonable and scientific manner.
+ Good communication.
