<Job Responsibilities>
In charge of procurement (main tasks) and production control (sub-tasks)
1. Procurement:
・Calculate the amount of components and raw materials needed for production, make a list of missing components and raw materials, make purchases, and manage delivery times.
・Order items, manage delivery schedules, receive goods, make payments, and manage inventory
・Make plans to reduce the cost of components and materials
・Investigate, evaluate, and select suppliers
・Collect and manage supplier quotation data (item name, item code, specifications, unit price, LT, MOQ, delivery terms, SPQ).
・Other related tasks as assigned

2. Production control:
・Used SAP software or ERP software to establish, implement, and manage production directives
・Manage and monitor daily production progress


<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College degree or higher
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-33 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level (N3) or above
・Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience in procurement-related positions.
- Good command of computer skills and communication skills

＜Preferable Experience＞
・Japanese Business level (N3)
・Can commute by themselves to work (lives in Vinh Phuc or near the company)
