Product Development Manager - Interior Equipment

Job Detail

・Visit the testing facility to obtain quality certification for new products and improved products
・Instruct members on corrections based on feedback from the testing facility
・Negotiate with the testing facility
・Design new products and improved products
・Manage and train members
・Tasks assigned by the General Manager

<Essential requirement>
・ Gender: any
・Age: 33 - 50 years old.
・Language: English or Japanese at Intermediate level
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, and Engineering majors
・Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product development and quality assurance at a manufacturing company
- 3+ years of experience in interacting with testing facilities
・Skill: Able to operate simple CAD

<Preferable>
‐Experience in product development and quality assurance at a steel or construction materials company (ideally doors and shutters)
‐Japanese speaker

<Personality>
- Ability to organize, manage and operate
- Have good communication skills, dynamic and creative
- Able to work independently and in groups
- Ethics/Personal reputation/Long-term commitment/Having a clear work perspective or work orientation
