<Job Responsibilities>
- As a person in charge of the production department, is responsible for guidance and management for junior managers
- Being responsible for productivity analysis, error rate,
- Establishing and implementing monthly and annual evaluation methods based on error rate gathered, etc, and guiding improvement
- Developing and implementing measures to improve productivity
- Solving problems during production checking, also developing and implementing improvement measures
- Being responsible for replacement, inventory, and order management of used tools and oils (cutting oils, antirust oils, etc.)
- Managing human resources in departments, developing and implementing recruitment and staffing plans
- Reporting, exchanging, consulting with the director, with the management of other departments and related departments at the head office in Japan
- Establishing and correcting various regulations related to ISO9001 14001, and communicating, coordinating, and instructing relevant departments in the company
- Other tasks was assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: Over 42 years old
- Gender: Male only
- Education: Bachelor
- Language: Japanese Business level
- Having more than 10 years of experience in precision parts processing (metal, ceramics, etc.)
- Having experience in management
- Being capable of management based on ISO9001 14001 regulations
- Having knowledge of NC machining.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- CDDs with extensive knowledge and management experience related to precision parts machining.
