<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage production area according to production plan with Japanese Director
- Manage manufacturing filed and improve maximize productivity from existing equipment and available manpower
- Control and evaluate to manufacturing organization
- Analyze and Implement new plans to ensure better results in accordance with the quality standards
- Report to Japanese Director all result such as production result and product quality
- Other related worked assigned by Japanese Director


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-38
・Education: Bachelor
・Language: Japanese and English conversational level
　=> Japanese: Communication with Japanese, English: For to read drawings and equipment manuals
・Experience:
- Having more than 5 years experience of Production control in machinery company
- Having experience of management to 40~50 workers
・Can go to the factory by yourself

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience as a technical trainee in Japan
・Having experience in Japanese company
・Having working experience in Pneumatic control parts or automotive parts or industrial sewing machine parts industry

<Personality>
・Honest person
・Good communicator, cheerful personality
