<Job Responsibilities>
・The roll film is slit by a machine.
・Roll the film and make a carrier tape and a cover tape at the end.
・Make a production plan and assign workers
・Production is carried out based on the production plan.
・If there is a problem with the production line, we will improve the problem.
・Check the efficiency of the production line to increase productivity
・ In the future, control subordinates, manage personnel, and provide training

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
Language Skills: English communication and Japanese Business Level
(Around N2 for internal use and can make Email in Japanese)
・Gender: Male
・Age: 25-35
・Major in Mechanical technology or related major
・Have 3y experience in Production Control in Manufacturing company
・Can use PC　(Excel, Word, Power point)
・Have knowledge of manufacturing machinery
・Have experience of technical intern trainees in Japanese manufacturing company.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience of Film Factory Production
・Has knowledge of slit processing, machining
