<Job Responsibilities>
・Management of workers
・Operate and adjust processing machines
・Raw material and raw material procurement coordination
・Maintenance of machinery
・Management of work procedures, etc.
・Others
*Training in Japan is planned, and after a certain time, there is a possibility of working night shifts.

＊Will be assigned the following tasks depending on skills.
・Design for processing machines
・Production control, quality control, warehouse inventory control


<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in technical majors)
・Gender: Male
・Age: under 32
・Language: English Intermediate level (TOEIC 500) or above
・Experience: Have at least 2 years experience in a production Engineer position in manufacturing
・Have good knowledge of processing machine
・Can go to Japan for training (Around 2-3 Months)

・Having experience as a leader or Manager-level
