<Job Responsibilities>
You will be responsible for managing the production process in manufacturing tape products.

・Design and improve the production process
・Install and manage equipment
・Create BOM
・Quality control:
・Technical support
・Analyze production data and propose improvement measures


<<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Male
・Age: 24-30 years old
・Language: Japanese or Chinese Intermediate level (N2 above)
・Experience: 2+ years of experience in production engineer
・Skill: Can create BOM and read production drawings (2D)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can design molds and line processes
・Working experience in a Japanese company
・Be able to work independently,
・ Live in near the company

<Preferable>
・Tape industry experience preferred
