<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage quality and respond to quality-related requests from customers.
- Supervise and monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of countermeasures.
- Responsible for establishing quality control processes/documents/plans when developing new products.
- Evaluate the quality of the prototype stage and the formal production stage.
- Create reports on quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Propose improvement methods to improve work quality and reduce lead time.
- Other tasks requested by superiors.

<Leader/Assistant Manager Level>
- Member's management
- Training tasks: provide technical education and advice to the team and department staff.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Experience:
➤ Assistant Manager Level:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the quality field, at a manufacturing factory.
- Knowledge of measurements related to component manufacturing.
➤ Staff Level:
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in quality control at a manufacturing factory.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language Proficiency: Priority given to those with Japanese language skills
