<Job Responsibilities>
• Checking the quantity, unit rate, Managing and updating cost database
• Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification
• Preparing project schedules, tender schedule
• Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
• Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
• Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
• Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor

<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 5-6 days after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : Up to Candidate condition, ASAP

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor or higher majoring in Civil engineer (or QS engineer)
・Gender: Male
・Age: 26 and above
・Language: English Upper Intermediate level (Good at speaking)
・Experience: 3 years or more in QS at large-scale Contractor / Client for Civil and Mechanical & Electrical
