<Key Responsibilities>
1. Polyurethane & Polymer Development
- Design and synthesize polyurethane systems (e.g., flexible/rigid foams, elastomers, adhesives, coatings) tailored to customer and market needs.
- Develop and modify polymer formulations to meet specific performance, environmental, or processing requirements.
- Evaluate raw materials and additives for improved formulation properties.

2. Customer Technical Support
- Provide hands-on technical support to customers during product trials and testing phases.
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Service teams to interpret customer requirements and translate them into viable chemical solutions.
- Customize formulations based on application feedback and specific end-use requirements.

3. Application Testing & Analysis
- Conduct application testing in laboratory or pilot-scale settings to assess material performance.
- Analyze and interpret experimental results to drive formulation improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation including test reports, product datasheets, and application guidelines.

4. Regional & Global Collaboration
- Work alongside the regional R&D team to support international customers and contribute to cross-border technical projects.
- Share best practices and formulation knowledge across different market segments and geographical regions.

5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed lab records in line with company SOPs and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines in all R&D activities.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Graduated from a top-tier science or engineering university in Vietnam or abroad.
・Language: Business Level in English (Must) and Japanese (highly preferred).
・Experience:
- Ideally has experience studying or working in Japan, with a good understanding of Japanese culture and work style.
- Knowledge of polymer synthesis is required.
- Experience specifically with polyurethane synthesis or manufacturing is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

*Notes: While polyurethane experience is a strong plus, the focus remains on finding a candidate with a solid background in polymer chemistry.
