Sales Assistant - Machinery

Job Detail

Mainly in charge of local representative and sales support work
・Call customers and arrange business negotiations
・Create documents such as contracts and quotations
・Confirm the production and shipment progress at the contractor factory located
・Manage order information, confirm arrival status of parts and hand carry of products, etc.
・Follow up on delivery and quality issues
・Do market research and client visits in Vietnam
・Sometimes the position will work at a contractor factory
・Other tasks assigned by superiors

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-35 years old
・Language: Japanese or English business level (Internal use)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years of sales-related or Admin experience in Electrical and Electronics Industry

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in the same industry (electrical component)
・Japanese speaker
