<Job Responsibilities>
In charge of fields: Alternative Energy Systems (AES), Life Science (BLS), Semi Process Control, Industrial Process & Environmental, Semi Solutions (OSS), Water – Online, Materials (Organic Sci).
- Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner.
- Manage sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in line with agreed business objectives.
- Provide sales support for existing channel partners.
- Support sales objectives by researching customers’ needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner.
- Develop new business relationships within defined industry as well as strengthen existing customer relationship.
- Represent and promote company products in a professional manner at trade shows, conferences and seminars.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
- Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan, and other reports as required.
- Regularly attend sales meetings and offer feedback and suggestions to improve product solutions.
- Provide answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries.
- Perform product demonstration in a manner suited for customer’s requirements.
- Compiled market/industry data, intelligence reports and competitors’ information so as to assist in company’s strategy and product development.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that impact target markets.
- Conduct recurring product training to channel partners and end users as required to support sales objectives.
- Follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationships in the South of Vietnam.
- Any other duties as requested from time to time by the supervisor and/or General Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Science, Physics, Material, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering major.
・Language: English - Business Level (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
・Experience: At least 02 to 03 years of working experience in technical sales. Candidates with sales experience in Analytical Instrumentation is an advantage, for example: particle size analyzers, XRF and other laboratory instruments.
・Experience in government projects or private/ FDI laboratories is an advantage
・Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude to provide good customer service, and with the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful conditions.
・Good planning, time management, strong communication & interpersonal skills are required to support interaction amongst all parties.
・Teamwork is a must; Leadership experience is an advantage.
・Must be very proficient in the use of computer software tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
・Able to travel within South Vietnam frequently, travel whole Vietnam and overseas, sometimes within short notice.
・Be able to learn new products when required.
