<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and create action plans to meet goals.
・Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
・Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
・Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure timely reporting of results.
- Track key performance metrics and present regular sales reports to senior management.
・Team Management & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
・Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company goals.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree
・Language: Business level in English
・Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales related to HR Outsourcing and consulting, other outsourcing services.
・Skills:
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong leadership, communication, connection, and negotiation skills.
o Data-driven decision-making.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Prefer having experience in PRODUCTION OUTSOURCING
・ Having experience in sales of HR OUTSOURCING
・Have good knowledge of Back office service
