<Expectation>
- We are recruiting for 2 positions at a comprehensive valve manufacturing company.
1. Building equipment Dept:
In this department, you will mainly interact with client agents and subcontractors. Your main task is to propose valves for new infrastructure projects like factories, buildings, and airports. This role involves sales activities similar to those in a trading company.
Although you will also handle sales, the proportion of managing duties is higher
2. Industrial Valve Dept.
In this department, you will be responsible for the sales activities of our in-house manufactured valve products.
Currently, our main clients are Japanese companies, but we plan to expand our sales to Vietnamese and foreign companies in the future. While we will collaborate with agents, our sales style will be similar to that of a manufacturer, involving direct sales to end-users.
you will be assigned as a playing manager, so the proportion of sales duties is higher
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Building equipment Dept.
- Meetings with agents and subcontractors (updating property information)
- Develop order and sales plans, and regular meetings with Director
- Spec-in activities to owners, consultants and designers
- Prepare and confirm quotations, supervise subordinates (4 people), negotiate with the contact person at the head office in Japan (request for price cooperation, shorten delivery time)
2. Industrial Valve Dept.
- Meetings with agents, EPCs, and partners (updating property information)
- Develop order and sales plans, regular meetings with Director
- Spec-in activities to owners, consultants, and EPCs
- Prepare and confirm quotations, provide guidance to subordinates (one person), negotiate with the contact person at the head office in Japan (request for price cooperation, shorten delivery time)
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 34-43 years old
・Language: English intermediate level
(used in mails and reports, internal communication, and communication with clients)
・Experience:
- Over 5 years of working experience in Sales positions in the Manufacturing industry related to Valves, pumps, piping, etc.
- Over 3 years of management experience in sales
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience as a manager or above at a foreign supplier of products to the building equipment market or factory equipment in the oil and gas or industrial chemical market.
・Experience in the building equipment market or oil and gas/industrial chemical market
・Experience in a Japanese company.
