[Job Overview]
To manage the entire operation of all stores in Vietnam

[Scope of work and responsibilities]
・Working closely with store team and HQ team to ensuring well management on store operation including:
- Stock management
- Sales & promotion management
- Display management
- Staff management
・Monitoring to create necessary process/ procedures for continuous improvement
・Being responsible for the P&L and environment of all stores
・Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly result for sales situation and suggesting how to improve it to General Director and General Manager.
・Communicating with relevant division of parent company / other subsidiary and making good relationship.
・Improving the satisfaction for customer and staff.
・Making division strategy and direction for leading the team member
・Other assigned tasks from line manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 35-40
• 5 to 10 years of operation experience in a relevant role such as Sales Manager/Operation Manager in retail industry for MNC/Japanese company
• Has Sales oriented mind to analyze and increase Sales
• A Bachelor degree in business management
• Excellent English skill (Business level)
• Deep knowledge about retail industry
• Good related computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good analysis and problem solving skills; Good logical thinking
• Deep understanding and passion of their brand
• Not a job hopper

- Good at numerical values, and manage PDCA (Plan -Do-Check-Act) to achieve their goals and solve problems
