Job Detail
- OEM Sales
+ Manage own existing account
+ Regularly approach new accounts and give a proposal (Main, There are a lot of telemarketers)
+ Figure out an efficient sales method and share it with the team
+ Regular discussion with the Production team, especially Sample development & actual production
+ Regular Ho-Ren-So with other department (there will be PIC of same accounts)
- Retail store expansion
+ Regularly have meetings with the Distributor to discuss distribution strategy & sales
+ Regularly approach new accounts and give a proposal (Main, There are a lot of telemarketers)
+ Support New Business development (if any)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 28-40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: More than 3 years B to B sales in manufacturing or trading company or product development/ sales strategy planning in manufacturer.
・Understand the manufacturing process and OEM
・Motivation to develop new customers (Can run independently)
・Experienced high-pressure Sales target (Please include anecdotes in your CV)
