<Expectation>
This position has 2 main tasks:
1. Manage the ongoing solar system project.
2. Handle existing sales for our main business, machine tools.
* Since the solar project is temporary, you will also take on existing sales duties as it winds down.
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is responsible for managing projects for existing clients ("Solar System (solar power construction)" project)
- Visiting clients and project sites regularly.
- Keeping good relationships with existing clients.
- Managing project progress, including costs, staff, and schedules.
- Working with the sales team to support customers, solve problems, and handle requests.
- Doing other tasks given by the Japanese Manager.
- Sales activities:
- Building good relationships, networking with "clients", "suppliers", and "partners",
- Report writing, product and company PR, sales forecasts, etc.
- Order receipt, order placement, profitability confirmation, quotation, delivery, legal affairs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 27 - 35 years old
・Language: Business English level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a construction or plant engineering firm
- Be Able to travel on business (business trips to HCMC and other provinces are required)
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
<Preferable skill>
・Experience:
- With construction or engineering firms, not investment firms
- Have experience working for a Japanese company
- Have experience in handling solar panel projects
- Have experience studying or working in Japan
- Have experience managing renewable energy-related projects
