<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Join as the company's second local sales representative and be primarily responsible for the manufacturing industry
<Job Responsibilities>
・70%: For new client
- Searching for new clients to expand the market (Calling, Visiting)
- Call the potential clients
- Introduce machinery and mechanical equipment to potential clients
- Make weekly and monthly sales report
・30%: For existing clients
- Build good business relationships and take care of existing clients
=> Each area is divided into different responsibilities and has its own sales targets. There are no individual incentives.
- Go to the client's office or factory
- Introduce their new machinery and mechanical equipment to existing client
- Make weekly and monthly sales report
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male Only
・Age: 26-31
・Education: Not required
・Language: Japanese or English Conversational level or higher (for internal communication)
・Experience: Having more than 2 years of B2B Sales experience in tangible goods (Not service products)
・Having Experience in developing new clients
・Other: Communicative skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience: Sales experience to subcontractors
Sales experience at Japanese companies
Having strong Sales experience selling electronic products in the manufacturing field
・Having Good communication skills.
