<Job Responsibilities>
・Receive order and follow delivery schedule
・Create payment documents and support accountant in issuing invoice
・Update and follow with the order
・Create contract, support clients, support sales team
・Other related tasks as assigned

- 注文の受け取りと配送の追跡.
- 支払いレコードを作成し、会計士をサポートして顧客に 請求書を発行します.
- 顧客の注文を更新および追跡する.
- 必要な手続きを実行します:契約、カスタマーサポート, プロジェクトに関連する営業チームのサポート
- その他、会社および直属の上 が必要とする業務.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22-30
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level (N3) or English Conversational Level (TOEIC 600)
・Experience:
- Have experience working as Sales Support, or any working experience in Japanese companies, or fresh graduates who want to pursue sales career.
- Willing to go to industrial zones near HCMC in the future at sales position.
- Can use Excel, Word
