<Job Responsibilities>
1> Financial Accounting and Reporting
- Monthly Reporting
- VAT Returns
- Statutory Financial Reporting
- Taxation Reporting and Compliance
- Cash flow Monitoring and Reporting
- Banking and Foreign Exchange activities
- Fixed Asset Management
- Inventory Management
- Production expenses
- Preparation of standard monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) comparing past, present budget operations and explaining significant variations in specific duration.

2> Accounting Activities
- Monthly closure of all modules (AP, AR, CM, INVENTORY, FA)
- Update Accruals
- Intercompany reconciliations
- GL transactions
- Participate in year-end audit and half year review

3> Costing and Controlling tasks
- Costing and Inventory management (PAC and Standard)
- Monthly closure
- COGS analysis
- Site cost production reports
- Physical stock count

4> Internal process control
- Cross-checking monthly financial reports.
- Leading the internal audit programs of Logistics, Purchasing, Maintenance inventories, and Production expenses.
- Managing the Month-End Close-off processes.
- Coordinating the annual audit activities.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Graduated with University Bachelor and or equivalent/ higher education in Accounting major.
- Language Skills: English - Business Level
- Experiences:
+ At least 5 years’ experience in an Accounting role and are seeking to push beyond the role that you are in today.
+ Demonstrated experience in the preparation of statutory accounts, monthly management accounts, preparation of tax returns and payroll administration.
+ Strong experience in Taxation Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Cash flow Reporting skills are essential.
+ Experience with computerized integrated manufacturing/accounting systems and information/data processing systems.
- Other requirements:
+ Have knowledge in Oracle or equivalent software.
+ Advanced spreadsheet modelling skills-preferably Excel, are essential.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
+ Proven ability to multi-task.
+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills and good report skills
+ A proven track record at performing innovation process.
+ Highly motivated with a " Dare to think; dare to do" attitude.
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
