<Job Responsibilities>
Be responsible for managing the facilities (hot spring, pool, spa). Each facility department has a person in charge.
Main duties include staff management, training, dissemination of manuals, shift creation, and recruitment, etc.
You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
・Responding when trouble occurs at the hotel
・Emergency response and contractor support when equipment trouble occurs
・Building relationships with management companies and operators
・Creating tasks for hotel and operations management
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 45 years old
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience: More than 3 years of management experience and 5 years of experience in facility (Complexes, hotels, etc.) management (Negotiating with owners, writing reports, operating the business, and training staff).
<Preferable skill / Experience>
・Experience managing hot springs, swimming pools, and spa facilities
・Technical knowledge of equipment.
・Can communicate in Japanese at the Business level
