<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans.
- Implement quality control processes, and conduct inspections.
- Ensure all work conducted meets regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities (Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports).
- Control sub-contractor and workers at site.
- Complete and maintain detailed records of site activities, design, materials, and any changes made to project plans.
- Other duties as required by Line Manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
・Language: English - Intermediate Level (Able to communicate in work and read EN technical drawings/ documents)
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience focusing on directly supervising construction at the site.
- Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of Water & Wastewater treatment projects.
- Ability to form strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Create 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Able to work a long time at the site.
- Independent and teamwork capabilities.
- Extra hours may be required when a project is nearing completion.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having proficiency in the Japanese language is an advantage
