<Job Duties>
- Effectively manage the workplace toward the goals of the workplace organization. Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to completion, ensuring it aligns with client specifications and project goals.
- Negotiate and cooperate through the report, the association, and the phase will be carried out, and while actively cooperating in the workplace, the processing and problems of the work will be solved, and explanations will be given so that an agreement can be reached.
- Propulsion and judgment are used to solve business processes and problems not only internally but also externally when necessary.
- Coordinate the activities of different trades and contractors on the construction site. Provide appropriate guidance to partner companies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Clarifying the relationship between quality (Q), cost (C), construction period (D), morale (M), safety (S), and environment (E) and perform comprehensive management, various problems that occur during construction. Predict and prevent, and implement a balanced construction of QCDMSE.
- Manage project site team and determination of division of duties of team members
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and other relevant documentation.
- Share useful knowledge and know-how acquired by yourself with subordinates and juniors, and provide guidance and advice
- Other tasks assigned by Manager;
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of recent experience as Site Manager or in similar positions in factory and warehouse projects. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in Japanese companies.
- Obtained practicing certificate of construction supervision class I or II.
- Good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese construction methods, building code, cost control.
- Problem-solving skill
- Can work OT and stand high pressure
