<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22-30
・Education: Bachelor's degree in IT field
・Language Skills: English - Conversation Level (reading and writing are a MUST)
・Logically thinking, accuracy, carefulness, patience.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good speaking/listening to English is also preferable. (TOEIC 500)
・Experience in software testing and testing methodologies is an advantage.
・Working experience at the Japanese company
