<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Join as a starting-up member and help open the first retail shop in HCM. That's Japanese style Drugstore

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide customer service in the store,
- Be responsible for product management, order management, inventory management, money management, employee management
- Set store goals and manage progress toward achieving them
- Identify issues in customer service and store operations
- Plan and implement improvement plans for issues
- Recruit and train new staff to expand to multiple stores
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Pharmaceutical
・Language: English - Basic Level
・Experience:
- Having experience as a store leader in a drug store and having a Practicing Certificate
- Having experience in managing a team
- Good knowledge of BtoC in FMCG industry

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Retail store manager or similar experience in a Japanese or foreign company.
