<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide customer service in the store,
- Be responsible for product management, order management, inventory management, money management, employee management
- Set store goals and manage progress toward achieving them
- Identify issues in customer service and store operations
- Plan and implement improvement plans for issues
- Recruit and train new staff to expand to multiple stores
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English Business Level (TOEIC 800)
・Experience: Experience as a store manager in a retail store in Vietnam.
- More than 3years experience in Retail business in a Management position
- Good knowledge of BtoC in FMCG

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Retail store manager or similar experience in a Japanese or foreign company.
