・Experience: Have at least 3 years experience as a leader in many
・Have experience in leading worker team
・Have good relationship with the team
・Have working experience as a trainee in manufacturing
・Good knowledge HO-REN-SO
・Can work with late shift-working schedule （it might be a plan in the future
