Job Description
- Daily communication and coordination with internal and external parties in Japan, Hong Kong and Mainland factories
- Follow up the purchasing issue from order inquiry until shipments
- Release order enquiries & replacement sample arrangement to vendors
- Coordinate with Shenzhen Office and factories for product schedule, QCI, delivery schedule control, material assurance liability control and clearance
- Update long lead time materials forecast and authorization, prepare monthly sales report, sales forecast and result
- Daily documentation jobs regarding PO & CO
Requirements
- Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken in Japanese (Level 2 of JLPT is a must), English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, must be skillful in Japanese input
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Mature character and energetic
- Willing to work independently
